Randy Hacker
Executive Director

Randy earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University and his BBA in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas. He joined the Baylor faculty in January 2015 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Hankamer School of Business, teaching Principles of Marketing and Digital Marketing courses. Before joining the Baylor faculty, Randy served 7.5 years on the faculty and as the Department Chair for the Finance, Management and Marketing Department at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He has held an active real estate broker's license since 1989 and previously owned/operated a RE/MAX real estate office and an independent real estate office, Hacker Real Estate. Randy currently serves as the Executive Director of the Keller Center for Research.
Randy is married to Kimberly Hacker, a 1991 Baylor graduate, who teaches first grade at Live Oak Classical School in Waco. They celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in August 2017 and have two sons. They are members of First Baptist Church Woodway where Randy serves as a Sunday School teacher and deacon. Randy's extracurricular activities include hunting, fishing, traveling and scuba diving.
