Former Keller Center GA Promoted to Chief Research Officer

Profiles International has promoted former Keller Center Graduate Assistant, Dr. Amanda (Holmes) Howard, PhD, to the role of Chief Research Officer. Dr. Howard, a Keller Center GA in 2011, formerly served as Director of Research and Development at Profiles International after joining the company in 2011.

In this newly-formed role, Dr. Howard will ensure psychometric validation of Profiles' talent management solutions in a global capacity. Profiles' talent management solutions are currently in use in over 120 countries.

Dr. Howard received a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Baylor University with a minor in statistics and specialized in experimental design.
